- Artist Presence: 8-hour shift by lead artist Sugandha Tyagi at the venue (store launch, party, or festival).
- Flash Customization: Rapid creation of small-scale artworks (initials, dates, logos, drip effects) on guest merchandise.
- Throughput: Customization of 15 to 25 units per day depending on design complexity.
- Guest Interaction: Engaging guests by explaining the process and maintaining a live studio atmosphere.

- Premium Paints: Usage of Angelus Direct leather paints and high-pigment acrylics.
- Finishing Tools: Quick-dry heat gun techniques and 'Liquid Kicks' matte/gloss finisher for instant handling.
- Workstation Kit: Includes brushes, palettes, masking tape, stencils, and cleaning supplies.
Client Requirements
- Workspace: A well-lit table (minimum 4x2 ft) and power outlet.
- Merchandise: Sneakers, caps, or totes to be painted must be provided by the brand or guests.

- Base Item: Includes one pair of unbranded white canvas sneakers OR a premium canvas tote bag.

My Story
Hi, I'm the oddball behind ShoesYourDaddy. Grew up in a desi (Indian) family of sandals and stilettos, but I rocked sneakers—boring ones, though! So, I quit my job and started painting my own kicks. Everyone was like, “Job chhod ke jootey paint karna hai?” (You wanna quit your job to paint shoes?). Self-taught, thanks to YouTube and copying art. Now, from doodling to TEDx stage—who knew?
My Work
Hand-Painted Sneaker Art - I turn sneakers into wearable art using permanent, waterproof paints. Each pair is custom and unique.
Custom Art Commissions - I paint on bluetooth speakers, canvases, or whatever you want. Kalamkari sneaker design and pop culture themes are my jam.
The Real Process - No shortcuts—lots of prep, layers, and sealing. Messy, hectic, but worth it for that one-of-a-kind piece.
Each Pair Tells a Story - These aren’t just shoes—they’re art. Hard to let go, but they’re epic conversation starters.
Solo Artist Life - It’s just me. Painting, shooting, posting. Mostly in my studio, hair tied up, paint everywhere. Real life, not Instagram perfect!
