Our Grass Varieties: Choosing the Right Turf for Your Space

Not all lawns are the same, and neither is the grass I supply. When I talk to clients, I always start by asking about their specific needs because the wrong grass in the wrong spot is a headache for you later.

My Top Grass Varieties

• Bermuda Hybrid & Selection No. 1: These are my go-to for durability. If you are building a cricket pitch, a football ground, or a large garden where people walk every day, this is the grass you want. It loves the sun, roots deeply, and heals quickly after wear.
• Korean Grass: This is the premium choice for aesthetic value. It is soft to touch, dense, and looks like a lush green carpet. It works best in smaller lawns, villas, or terrace gardens where foot traffic is low. It requires a bit more care but rewards you with the best look.
• Mexican & Doob Grass: These are my reliable, all-rounder options. They are resilient, easy to maintain in the Delhi climate, and very cost-effective for large areas like parks or open commercial plots.

Why Soil and Sunlight Matter

Before we lay any grass, I check your soil. If the ground is too sandy or holding too much water, the grass will struggle regardless of the variety. I make sure we level the ground properly and mix in the right amount of organic manure (khaad) so the roots have a healthy bed to establish.
