Standard Grass Installation: Bermuda or Selection No. 1
Grass Specifications
Supply of machine-harvested Bermuda Grass, Selection No. 1 or Doob Lawn Grass. These fast-growing varieties feature a 1 to 1.5 inch blade height and are heat-resistant and highly durable for active use.
Site Preparation
Manual clearing of stones and surface debris. The team tills the top 2 to 3 inches of existing soil and mixes it with sweet earth (mithi mitti) and organic manure to create a nutrient-rich base.
Installation Process
Laborers lay the turf rolls edge to edge across the prepared area. The grass mats are manually pressed and rolled to eliminate air pockets and ensure complete root to soil contact.
Finishing Touches
Custom cutting of grass rolls around pathways, walls and planters. Includes the first deep watering of the newly laid lawn and verbal instructions for the watering schedule over the next 7 to 10 days.
Premium Grass Installation: Korean, Mexican or Zoysia
Grass Specifications
Supply of high-density Korean Grass, Mexican Grass or Zoysia Turf. These varieties feature fine blades and dense growth, harvested with a healthy 1 inch soil base attached to protect the root system.
Enhanced Site Preparation
Detailed ground leveling for a flat, undulation-free surface. Includes heavy enrichment of the topsoil with high-grade vermicompost and a basic anti-termite treatment to protect delicate root systems.
Precision Installation
Seamless laying of dense grass mats with tight, invisible seams to create a continuous look. Includes heavy rolling to secure the turf firmly into the enriched topsoil.
Finishing Touches
Detailed edge manicuring around garden elements. Includes thorough initial soaking, complete cleanup of residual mud on adjacent walkways, and a maintenance briefing on mowing frequency and watering needs for exotic grass.

Choice of any natural grass variety available, from economy Bermuda to premium Zoysia or Mexican grass. Supplied weed-free and dense.
Harvesting and Packaging
Grass is machine-cut using professional sod cutters at the farm on the exact day of dispatch to maintain root vitality. Rolls are tightly packed with natural farm soil intact to prevent drying during transit.
Logistics and Delivery
Includes farm loading and commercial truck transportation to your location in the Delhi NCR region.
Exclusions
This is a strict drop-off service at the main gate or driveway. It strictly excludes labor for carrying rolls to upper floors, backyards or terraces. No site preparation, soil, manure or laying is included.
