Life mein plus-minus toh chalta rehta hai (life keeps changing), but my focus is always on giving you sahi guidance (the right advice) and real, effective Ayurveda.

What Happens in a Consultation

• I don’t just look at your symptoms. Headaches, acidity, joint pain—these are just signals. I try to find the asli wajah (real reason) behind them.
• Using Nadi Parikshan (pulse diagnosis Ayurveda), I get a sense of your body’s unique constitution and where things are out of balance.
• We’ll talk about your lifestyle, stress, diet, and even check your lab reports if needed.

Your Personal Health Plan

• No one-size-fits-all here. I make a personalized dosha assessment and create a plan just for you.
• This might include herbal medicines, simple home remedies, and sometimes Panchakarma therapy guidance.
• I’ll also give you a detailed Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle plan—what to eat, what to avoid, and small changes that can make a big difference.
