About Our Guiding Philosophy: The Founder's Story
When I source herbs like Jethimadh, I do not look for the cheapest option. I know it comes from Iraq for its specific potency. If I have to pay two rupees more per kilo to get the right quality, I will. Because if the raw material is not right, the final result for the patient will never be right. This belief has been the foundation of my work since 1974.
My journey began in a retail shop in Kalbadevi. Money was tight, so I started as a broker, which turned out to be the best schooling I could have received. For six years, I learned exactly where to source raw materials, how to recognize genuine quality, and which companies provided the most effective medicines. That phase of my life taught me more than any classroom.
In 1981, I started Sheetal Pharma Chem to supply these raw materials to leading pharmacies. Eventually, I realized that merely supplying ingredients was not enough. I wanted to ensure that patients received the right guidance along with the medicine. That led to the opening of our retail centers.
Today, with clinics in Andheri, Dadar, and Thane, we do things differently. If a patient comes to us, we do not just sell a product. We have senior MD Ayurveda doctors sitting in-house to conduct Nadi Parikshan. They diagnose the root cause—whether it is lifestyle, diet, or dosha imbalance—and create a plan that works. We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. We provide honest guidance, and whether it is chronic pain, diabetes, or simple acidity, we aim for the right results. Our pharmacies stock over 645 products, but the real service we offer is the assurance that you are getting the correct treatment for your specific body constitution.
