You get exclusive use of our 300-yard rooftop in Sushant Lok, which means you won't be sharing your special day with strangers in the next hall. Whether you need a bright, marigold-heavy mandap for a Mehndi or a minimalist setup for a Guruji Satsang, we handle the layout and lighting logistics so you can focus on the rituals and your guests.
Traditional ceremonies often get lost in the noise of massive event venues. At Shamiyana, we keep the guest list capped at 50 to ensure the vibe remains intimate and focused. We offer a full buyout of our rooftop studio, providing you with a seamless blend of open-air deck and an attached AC indoor room—essential for outfit changes during longer ceremonies or when you need a quiet moment away from the crowd.
Our approach to traditional events is all about aesthetics meeting practicality. We replace generic banquet lighting with a mix of halogens for stage brightness and atmospheric fairy lights for the dining area. We provide traditional seating arrangements, from floor cushions for a casual Mehndi to Tiffany chairs for a structured engagement dinner. Catering is entirely in-house, ranging from floating snacks to a full North Indian buffet served on bone china, saving you the headache of coordinating with outside vendors.
