Handcrafted 18k Gold Cuffs and Statement Rings
Intricate, wearable sculptures for your hand, blending traditional gold-weaving techniques with nature-inspired motifs. Each piece is handmade in my Mumbai studio.
A detailed close-up of my signature lace cuff bracelet. This wide cuff is meticulously hand-woven from 18k yellow gold to resemble fine lace, and is enhanced with scattered natural diamonds.
A clear view of the wide, textured gold cuff bracelet on Rashmika Mandanna's wrist. This image also shows the large hummingbird statement ring, showcasing how the pieces can be worn together.
My cherry blossom statement ring, a whimsical piece handcrafted in 18k gold. It features branches of blossoms and tiny ruby "cherries" that wrap gracefully around the finger.
The micromosaic rose ring, a miniature painting for your hand. A detailed pink rose is set in a wide, textured 18k gold band and framed with a halo of natural diamonds.
A one-of-a-kind swivel ring featuring a hexagonal Zambian emerald. The stone is held by two tiny, detailed birds on an 18k gold band, creating a piece that is both beautiful and interactive.
An artistic shot of the wide, lace-patterned cuff bracelet. Handcrafted from 18k gold, its intricate design makes a statement while remaining elegant and timeless.
About this collection
You might worry that a 35g gold cuff or a large statement ring would be heavy, but I build these to be worn all day. The cuffs feature an ergonomic oval shape that prevents rotation on the wrist, and the rings are polished internally so they sit smoothly between your fingers without digging in.
When I craft these pieces, my goal is to make metal feel soft, like fabric. My signature lace cuffs are hand-woven from heavy-gauge 18k gold wire, designed to mimic the delicate structure of Chantilly lace. They offer a substantial, high-value feel on the wrist without the discomfort of rigid, circular bangles. I shape them into an ergonomic oval to ensure they stay in place throughout your day.
For my rings, the process is equally deliberate. Whether I am creating a cherry blossom band with natural ruby accents or a swivel ring featuring a hexagonal Zambian emerald, I focus on the connection point between the metal and your skin. Every piece is polished internally to prevent the texture from scratching or pinching, making these substantial statement pieces suitable for long hours of wear.
I also use the micromosaic technique—a slow, meditative process—to create miniature paintings within gold frames. These are not just ornaments; they are intended to be heirlooms, designed with durable mechanisms like screw-backs or articulated parts to last for generations. If you have a specific vision, I invite you to my Mumbai studio where we can translate your ideas into a one-of-a-kind gold creation.
Shachee Fine Jewellery
I started this journey to turn gold into something that feels as light and intricate as lace. Every cuff and ring I make is a small, wearable sculpture, shaped by the textures I find on treks or the tiny details in a garden. I design these for women who want their jewellery to feel like a personal story, not just an accessory.
