• Foundational Skill Building: We begin with our youth batches, where the focus is on mastering ball control, spatial awareness, and basic tactical positioning.
• League Exposure: Players don't just train; they compete. Participation in the Mumbai Football Association (MFA) leagues and regional tournaments provides the high-pressure environment needed to test these skills.
• Scouting & Assessment: Our AFC and AIFF-licensed coaches regularly assess player performance against professional standards. This internal grading helps us identify which players are ready for state-level selections or private trials with professional clubs.
• Holistic Support: We know that on-field performance is backed by off-field preparation. Our academy includes physiotherapy support and tactical briefings, ensuring that when our players step onto the pitch for trials, they are physically and mentally ready to stand out.
