Choosing Your Flowers

• Artificial flower setups start at 5000. Real fresh flower setups start at 8000. This is the main thing that moves the price in this package.

Backdrop & Draping

• Standard metal or PVC backdrop frame setup.
• Single or double layered fabric draping in georgette or synthetic satin.
• Choice of bright traditional colors like green, yellow, pink, or a standard white base.

Floral Arrangements

• Budget friendly, locally sourced fresh flowers including marigolds, local roses, chrysanthemums, or sunflowers, or an artificial flower equivalent at the lower band.
• Dense top borders, side hangings, or a basic circular ring adorned with flowers.
• Artificial green fillers mixed in to increase volume.

Seating & Props

• Standard 2 seater rental sofa in silver or gold painted wood, or a traditional chaise lounge.
• Basic customized welcome board placed on a wooden easel at the entrance.
• Standard synthetic green grass mat placed in front of the setup.

Lighting

• Warm yellow fairy lights integrated into the fabric drapes.
• 2 to 4 basic LED Par can lights to illuminate the backdrop and seating area.

Payment, Cancellation and Rescheduling

• 50% advance to block your date, remaining 50% once the decor is done.
• If you cancel before I have bought the materials, part of the advance can come back. Once materials are bought, that cost cannot be returned. Same day or next day cancellation, nothing can be returned. With about a week's notice we work it out case by case.
• Need to move the date? If I am free on the new date, your advance carries over.
• If I am not free, it counts as a cancellation and the cancellation terms above apply. The advance is not automatically lost or kept as credit for another date.
