When planning your stage, the biggest constraint is usually the venue ceiling height and available floor space. We always visit the site beforehand to ensure our metal truss systems fit perfectly, so you do not end up with an overcrowded or mismatched setup on the big day.
We have been running around Bengaluru since 2012, managing decor for everything from small home functions in Jayanagar to large weddings in Whitefield. Our approach is simple, we identify the venue, calculate the dimensions, and suggest a setup that fits the layout without making it look cramped.
How We Approach Your Decor

For Home Functions: We stick to fresh marigolds and sunflowers. They bring the energy needed for Haldi or baby shower ceremonies. We focus on backdrop frames that fit standard living room or terrace dimensions, usually between 8 to 12 feet.

For Banquet Stages: This is where we bring in the heavy trussing. We use multi-layered drapes and dense floral arches made with roses and carnations. If you want a modern look, we incorporate geometric gold frames and warm Edison bulbs. If you prefer tradition, we have the ornate sofas and deep-colored drapes ready to go.
Why Logistics Matter
Decoration is not just about the flowers. It is about the structure underneath. We see too many events where the stage lighting clashes with the floral colors. We use LED Par cans to wash the backdrop, ensuring the colors you see in the gallery are the same ones visible to your guests. We also handle the full setup and teardown, so you are not left dealing with empty flower boxes once the party ends.
