A common question we get is about the setup time. For these room transformations, our team takes about 1.5 to 2.5 hours to turn your space around. We handle all the balloon inflating, prop arrangement, and cleanup planning, so you don’t have to lift a finger before your guest arrives.
Planning a surprise doesn't have to be a headache. Whether it's a romantic anniversary room setup or a milestone birthday surprise, we focus on the details that actually make an impact. Our standard surprise setup comes with 150 to 200 high-quality balloons, a mix of latex and metallic, along with foil banners and neon signs to set the mood.
We are based in Wilson Garden but travel across all of Bangalore, from Whitefield to Jayanagar, to set these up. You choose the colors and the vibe—modern neon or classic romantic—and we’ll match it. The props, like our wooden arches or geometric cake stands, are rented and picked up the next day, while you keep the flowers and the memories.
When you book, we’ll do a quick phone consultation to lock in the balloon colors and the specific message for the foil banners.
