I designed this symmetrical stage decoration for a wedding event. It features a large floral arch of red and white flowers, with smaller hanging floral rings on either side for a balanced and grand look.
This is an entrance arch I created for an engagement party. I used soft pink and cream drapes with matching fresh flower arrangements to give the entryway an elegant and welcoming feel.
For this engagement, I made a modern circular backdrop decorated with deep red flowers. A custom monogram with the couple's initials was placed in the center to personalize the stage.
This engagement stage features a vibrant lighting design with blue and purple hues. I combined it with a large floral arch and a classic white sofa to create a modern and colorful setting.

The setup comes with a two-seater sofa, professional drapes, and fresh floral accents, and my team completes the entire assembly in 3 to 4 hours.

What goes into the setup
- Floral Work: I prioritize fresh roses, gerberas, and carnations. These go into a dense semi-arch or a full ring arch. Since these are fresh, they look best when set up right before your event starts.
- Lighting: I use 2 to 4 LED Par can floor lights. These are essential if you want the colors to pop in your wedding or engagement photos.
- Seating: A carved wooden or gold-finish sofa is included. I keep these in good condition and ensure they are cleaned before transport.
Practical planning tips
- Timeline: My team of 3 to 4 people needs about 3 to 4 hours on-site. If your venue has strict access timings, please let me know during our consultation so I can coordinate with the management.
- Customization: If you have a specific backdrop logo or monogram, I can pin it up for you. Just share the dimensions beforehand.
