About Princesses, Fairies & Butterflies
For these fairytale themes, I usually use a mix of custom 6x6 ft printed backdrops, 3D character cutouts, and organic balloon garlands. Since these setups take about 2 to 3 hours to install, please make sure your venue allows access a few hours before the party starts so I can get the balloon arches, lights, and props in place without rushing.
Whether it is a Rapunzel-themed birthday in Whitefield or a butterfly garden setup in Jayanagar, I make sure the decor fits your space perfectly. For these fairytale themes, I typically use a combination of custom printed backdrops, shimmer walls, and organic balloon garlands.
If you choose a princess theme, I include life-size character cutouts like Snow White or Ariel to make the kids feel like they are stepping into a movie. For butterfly and fairy themes, I often use gold accents, pastel balloons, and fairy wing props to create that garden feel.
Since these setups involve quite a few props—like cake plinths, marquee lights, and specific thematic elements—it is helpful if you have a clear area at the venue. If you are planning an outdoor party in Bangalore, keep in mind that rain can be tricky, so let me know beforehand if we need a backup plan or a covered area.
Everything is customizable. You can swap colors, pick specific characters, or adjust the balloon density to fit your budget. I handle the installation, including setting up the backdrop and balloon wall, and ensure everything is stable before the guests arrive. If you have a specific vision, just send me a reference image.
