Practical Details
- Setup Time: Depending on the complexity, installation takes between 2 to 5 hours. We generally prefer to arrive well before your guests.
- Teardown: For premium and banquet packages, we handle the post-event dismantling and retrieval of our structural materials, lights, and props. For smaller home setups, the balloons remain yours to keep or dispose of.
- Custom Requests: If you want a character or a specific movie mash-up that you do not see in our gallery, just let us know. We often print custom vinyl flex backdrops to match unique requests.
