Art that heals the heart. This art therapy workshop was designed to help participants fall in love with the simple joy of painting. We used acrylic paints on wooden blocks in a beautiful picnic setting.
About Mindful Art & Healing
You don't need any prior painting skills for these sessions. Whether we are painting on wooden slices or canvas, the focus is entirely on releasing pent-up emotions and finding calm, not creating a perfect masterpiece. I keep the environment light and supportive, often moving our workshops outdoors or to cozy cafe corners, so you feel relaxed from the moment you sit down.
Think of this as a reset button for your nervous system. Many of us carry emotional baggage without realizing it, and art provides a safe, quiet outlet to let that out.
Why it works
We use creative mediums like acrylic paints and texture tools to move energy. When you focus your hands on painting a wooden slice or a canvas, your internal dialogue shifts. You stop overthinking the 'shoulds' of life and start listening to your own intuition.
What to expect
Each session is intimate and relaxed. I supply everything—paints, brushes, canvases, and the wooden bases. We usually host these in serene outdoor green spaces or aesthetic, quiet cafes in Delhi NCR. It is not just about the art; it is about the setting. You get a curated Picnic Box or a cafe snack combo, making it a complete sensory experience.

These workshops are for anyone feeling stuck, whether you are a stressed professional, a student, or just someone looking for a creative Sunday morning. We do not judge your brushstrokes. In fact, some of the most healing work comes from doodles and messy layers of paint.
