Getting a commercial site ready isn't just about planting; it is about the base. For these large sites, we bring in JCBs for deep leveling and clearing debris before even thinking about aesthetics. I insist on a 3-inch layer of manure-enriched soil so the grass and trees actually survive in the NCR climate, rather than just looking green for a week and drying out.
My Approach to Commercial Landscaping

- Deep Soil Preparation: You cannot plant good trees in bad soil. I mix in cow dung manure and vermicompost to enrich the earth before any turf is laid.
- Lawn & Planting: Whether it is installing an instant lawn using carpet tiles or planting perimeter hedges like Ficus Panda to frame the property, I ensure the layout is clean and uniform.
- Hardscaping Integration: A park isn't just plants. I coordinate the construction of paved walkways and curbing to separate the green zones from the parking or traffic areas, ensuring a functional flow for your visitors.
