Standard Softscaping & Lawn Development
Site Preparation
- Clearance & Grading: Removal of debris and weeds using light machinery or manual labor, followed by rough leveling and fine dressing for drainage.
- Soil Enrichment: Application of a 2-3 inch layer of garden soil mixed with Cow Dung Manure and Vermicompost.
- Treatment: Anti-termite chemical spray application on base soil.
Lawn & Planting
- Grass Installation: Supply and laying of readymade Mexican Grass or Selection No. 1 carpet tiles.
- Finishing: Gap-free laying, heavy rolling for root bonding, and immediate flood watering.
- Border Shrubs: Planting of hardy perimeter hedges like Duranta or Ficus Panda spaced 8-10 inches apart.
Turnkey Garden Construction (Hardscaping + Softscaping)
Civil Hardscaping
- Pathways: Construction of walking tracks using Interlocking Pavers, Red/Yellow Sandstone slabs, or Stepping Stones with grass joints.
- Edging: Installation of brick or stone curbing to separate lawns from flower beds.
- Layout: On-site marking of zones and pathways by the lead contractor.
Mature Vegetation
- Specimen Trees: Planting of semi-mature ornamental trees (6-8 ft height) like Foxtail Palms, Bottle Palms, or Champa.
- Shaped Plants: Inclusion of Ficus topiary balls, spirals, and dense hedge rows.
- Ground Cover: Complete soil preparation and premium grass carpet installation for non-paved areas.
Decorative Elements
- Feature Zone: Creation of a focal point such as a Rock Garden, Zen corner with white pebbles, or basic water nozzle setup.
Vertical Garden Bio-Wall System
Structural Fabrication
- Frame: Fabrication of anti-rust MS (Mild Steel) pipe grid anchored securely to the wall.
- Pot System: Installation of high-density UV-stabilized plastic bio-wall frames and removable black pots.
Planting & Irrigation
- Density: High-density planting (approx. 9-10 plants per sq.ft.) for immediate coverage.
- Species: Selection of hardy varieties like Syngonium, Spider Plants, Asparagus Ferns, or Rhoeo.
- Drip System: Installation of lateral drip irrigation lines running through each pot row for automated watering.

- First, I design and plan - you have ideas, I shape them.

Main Anchul hoon, aur hamara kaam hai plants. Zindagi bhar, over 30 saal se, bas greenery hi dekhi hai. Hum tools ko bhi pooja karte hain, kyunki woh bhi family hain. Jab ek sookhi jagah ko green bana dete hain, ya office mein indoor plants lagate hain – alag hi sukoon milta hai. Chhota zen garden ho ya badi company ka park, sab mein ek hi maksad – zyada hara bhara life. Hum zameen se jude hain, sach mein.
