We translate your rough ideas or sketches into a character that has its own unique personality, built right here in our Mumbai studio. Whether you need a brand mascot or a complex animatronic for film, we blend my family's traditional handcrafting techniques with modern 3D printing to ensure the puppet performs exactly how you need it to.

For three generations, my family has defined puppetry in India. Moving beyond the traditional shows, I have taken this craft into the world of film, advertising, and corporate branding. When we talk about studio craft, we are talking about engineering a character that feels alive.
Our Build Process
Every project begins with a brief. You don't need to be an expert in puppet mechanics to start. We help you define the expression, movement, and durability required for your specific use case.
- Design & Concept: We turn your sketches or vague ideas into technical 2D concepts. We focus on the personality first.
- Material Selection: Depending on the project, we choose between camera-grade fleece, high-density foam, or advanced silicone and latex for realistic creature fabrication.
- Mechanical Engineering: For ventriloquist figures or animatronic props, we incorporate internal headsticks, cable-controlled jaw mechanisms, and eye movements that look natural on camera.
