About Our Signature Flourless Lentil Bread

Unlike commercial bread, this dense, nutty loaf has a shorter shelf life of just 3 days at room temperature because I use zero preservatives. I bake every batch fresh against your order, so it arrives as dense and nutrient-packed as intended.

Why Lentils Instead of Flour?

Most store-bought breads rely on maida or wheat, which can be heavy and difficult to digest. My signature bread changes that by using lentils as the base. It is a hearty, protein-packed alternative that keeps you full for longer without the post-meal slump. Because it is naturally gluten-free and yeast-free, it is an excellent choice for anyone with dietary sensitivities or those simply looking for cleaner fuel.

What Goes Inside

I believe in honest ingredients. You will find zero additives in my kitchen. The loaf is made purely from lentils and water, encrusted with a generous mix of pumpkin, sunflower, and flax seeds. It has no refined sugar, no oil, and absolutely no soda or preservatives. The texture is intentionally dense and savory, making it perfect for toasting or serving with curries and nut butters.

How to Store and Enjoy

Since there are no preservatives, treat this bread with care. It stays good for 3 days at room temperature and up to 7 days in the fridge.
