People often ask me how to balance their menu. I always suggest keeping the starters mobile—like our crispy cheese balls or chicken popcorn—so guests can mingle while they eat. For the main course, whether you choose a traditional Maharashtrian pangat or a buffet, my focus remains on freshness. We do not just cook; we ensure the food reaches the table hot, with live counters like our tandoor station adding energy to the event.

We do not believe in overcomplicating things. A good meal starts with the basics: high-quality ingredients, timely preparation, and service that does not get in your way. Whether you need an intimate gathering for 100 people or a massive feast for 1500, we follow the same standard.

For starters, we focus on crowd favorites that are easy to eat, such as paneer tikka, spring rolls, and chicken chili. If you want more life at your event, our live counters—serving hot jalebis, pani puri, or fresh naan from the tandoor—always get guests talking.

Regarding the main meal, we offer three main ways to serve:

  • Traditional Pangat: A classic, respectful setup where guests sit in rows and enjoy an authentic meal on banana leaves or patravali.
  • Classic Buffet: Efficient and reliable, with fabric-draped counters and plenty of variety.
  • Royal Setup: Perfect for weddings, featuring illuminated, laser-cut counters and premium ceramic plating.
