This is the first thing a potential client sees. This collection is designed to quickly communicate my unique value as a physiotherapist who teaches yoga, focusing on solving real-world pain and improving movement quality.
Pain Relief & Corrective Exercises
My background as a physiotherapist is at the core of how I teach. This collection shows specific, targeted movements designed to address common issues like sciatica, knee pain, and shoulder stiffness. We focus on safe, effective exercises to help you recover from injury and manage chronic pain.
Improve Your Posture
So much of our modern life, from sitting at a desk to looking at our phones, contributes to poor posture. Here, I demonstrate exercises to correct issues like "tech neck," forward head posture, and lower back arching (lordosis). We'll work on strengthening your core and improving spinal alignment.
Studio Sessions: Reformer & Props
My studio sessions often use equipment like the Pilates reformer, physio balls, and resistance bands to add challenge and support. These tools help isolate specific muscles, improve form, and build deep core strength in a controlled environment. You can see examples of both my personal practice and how I guide clients.
At-Home Mat Workouts
You don't always need a studio to build strength and flexibility. This collection features effective mat-based exercises focusing on core work, mobility, and full-body conditioning. These routines are perfect for practicing at home, with an emphasis on slow, controlled movements and proper breathing.
My Journey: From Physio to Yoga
My path has been a blend of science and soul. These images and videos share moments from my physiotherapy graduation and my immersive yoga teacher training in Mysore. This journey shaped my unique approach, combining a deep understanding of the body with the philosophical heart of yoga.
Additional Work & Philosophy
Movement is just one piece of the puzzle. This collection includes a mix of different training styles, my thoughts on the mind-body connection, and how a holistic approach, including nutrition, supports your overall well-being. It's about building a lifestyle, not just doing a workout.
