About Growing Our Family
Bringing older siblings or your pets into the maternity shoot turns a standard session into a real story. You might worry if the kids will sit still or the dog will cooperate, but that is actually the best part. I work with the flow of your family rather than forcing poses, so we capture the genuine, chaotic, and beautiful love that already exists in your home.
Your maternity shoot does not have to be a stiff, quiet affair. It is the perfect chance to document the current family dynamic before the new baby arrives. At my studio in Hulimavu, I have seen every type of family, and I have learned that the best shots are rarely the posed ones.
If you are worried about bringing a toddler or an energetic pet, please do not be. I specialize in candid maternity photography that relies on interaction rather than rigid posing. If the kids want to run around, we let them. If the fur baby needs a minute to settle in, we take it. We have over 50 props and studio setups, which means we can quickly pivot to whatever is keeping the little ones (or furry ones) happy and engaged.
For families, I often recommend the Signature Indoor & Outdoor session. This gives us the flexibility to use the studio for controlled, peaceful shots, then head to a nearby park or garden for a more relaxed, natural environment where the kids can be themselves. This combination usually yields the most honest, heartwarming results. Whether you want traditional saree portraits with the whole family or a casual, joyful outdoor session, my goal is to make sure the final gallery feels exactly like your life right now.
