Signature Royal Mandap & Wedding Decor

Mandap & Staging

Structure: Custom-fabricated open-pillar Mandap (12x12 ft to 16x16 ft) featuring traditional carvings or modern geometric frames.
Floral Work: Dense floral headers and pillar wrapping using a mix of volume artificial blooms and fresh Roses, Orchids, and Tuberoses.
Ceiling: Includes hanging floral strings, crystal strands, or kaleerein suspended from the Mandap ceiling.
Furniture: One love seat for the couple, four ornate Haveli chairs for parents, two Bajots, and Havan Kund setup.
Stage: Carpeted platform with masking and options for printed flex or mirror-finish flooring.

Walkway & Seating

Aisle: 40 to 60 ft raised aisle flanked by 8 to 10 statement floral pedestals, brass urlis, or carved props.
Guest Seating: Up to 200 Gold/Silver Tiffany or Chiavari chairs with color-coordinated seat cushions and tie-backs.

Entrance & Lighting

Gateway: Grand 10 to 12 ft entrance archway matching the main theme.
Foyer: Welcome signage on an easel with floral accents and a 20 ft carpeted entrance passage.
Illumination: Ambient warm white par-can lighting to highlight the Mandap and aisle.

Thematic Sangeet & Cocktail Production

Ceiling & Venue Styling

Installations: Massive overhead treatments requiring trussing, featuring 20+ crystal chandeliers, dense floral gardens, or thematic fringe tassels.
Masking: Full venue wall draping to hide venue infrastructure and wall-to-wall carpeting in theme colors (Red, Black, or Grey).

Stage & Production

Fabrication: Large, multi-level custom stage with glossy flooring, integrated stairs, and themed backdrops to frame LED walls.
Lighting: Comprehensive theatrical lighting plot including truss-mounted moving heads, sharpies, and haze machines.

Luxury Lounge & Dining

VIP Furniture: Residential-style lounge pockets using premium velvet Chesterfield sofas, accent armchairs, and coffee tables (50 to 80 pax).
Tables: Round tables with premium sequin linens, charger plates, and tall centerpieces (candelabras or feathers).

Bar & Experiences

Feature Bar: A 20 to 40 ft custom-fabricated structure (Ice Bar or laser-cut acrylic) serving as a venue focal point.
Photo Ops: Dedicated zones with neon signage, floral backdrops, or kinetic installations.
