Grand Mandaps and Sacred Wedding Spaces
The mandap acts as the heart of your ceremony, where heritage tradition meets personal significance. We design these spaces to be architectural centerpieces that balance grand scale with intimate detail.
For this seaside wedding, I designed a modern white mandap with a fully mirrored aisle. The reflection of the structure, the sky, and the ceremony created a stunning, symmetrical vision of beauty and union.
This mandap was designed to replicate the grandeur of a traditional Indian temple. Intricately carved pillars, a domed roof, and a profusion of florals created a sacred and awe-inspiring space for the wedding ceremony.
A modern, structural mandap with a canopy of dense, rustic foliage and dozens of hanging crystal chandeliers. The design blends natural textures with glamorous elements for a unique and romantic effect.
Set against the lush greenery of Udaipur, this elegant white mandap features a delicate, open-air structure with a canopy of hanging white florals and a central chandelier, creating a light and airy feel.
This video showcases a vibrant, open-air mandap at the Mahalaxmi Race Course. The traditional green structure is decorated with bold red florals, and the aisle is a unique design with pools of floating petals.
A magnificent, circular mandap structure with a canopy of red fabric and thousands of hanging floral tassels and crystals. This design creates a dramatic and opulent focal point in the center of the grand hall.

A closer look at the mandap's canopy, which is a dense ceiling of greenery and pink flowers, with dozens of small chandeliers hanging down to create a magical, twinkling effect.
The intricate details of the mandap's floral canopy are visible here, with golden chandeliers nestled amongst a thick layer of hanging foliage and pink blooms.

About Grand Mandaps & Sacred Spaces
We believe a mandap should command attention without obscuring the sanctity of the vows. For our open-air coastal setups, we use reinforced steel framing that withstands wind while retaining a light, airy aesthetic, often pairing this with mirrored flooring to catch the natural light of the Mumbai sunset.
Whether you envision a temple-inspired structure or a contemporary, minimalist frame, we approach each mandap as a piece of temporary architecture. It is the focal point of your ceremony, and we ensure it is crafted to hold the weight of both tradition and your unique love story.
Our team manages every fabrication detail. For traditional setups, we focus on intricate pillar work and domed roofs, often incorporating thousands of jasmine or tuberose strings to create a sensory, fragrant atmosphere. For modern, structural designs—like those we have executed at venues such as the Mahalaxmi Race Course or Bayview Lawns—we prioritize clean lines, dense floral canopies, and strategic lighting that enhances the mood from day to night.
Clients often ask about durability and venue restrictions. We handle the engineering behind the scenes, ensuring the weight of heavy chandeliers or floral walls is safely distributed. We also design the aisle experience, whether it is a reflective mirror carpet or a pathway lined with brass urlis, making the walk to the mandap as significant as the ceremony itself.
