Romantic Proposal Decor Package

Core Setup

Signature Prop: Large, illuminated "MARRY ME" marquee letters (approx. 2-3 ft height) serving as the focal point.
Structural Decor: A 4-pillar wooden cabana or a geometric floral arch draped with fairy lights and sheer fabrics.
Florals: High-density floral arrangements on the structure using a durable mix of high-quality artificial blooms and fresh seasonal fillers.

Ambiance & Details

Aisle Styling: A defined walkway created using flameless LED pillar candles, rose petal scattering, or a white plush carpet/rug.
Lighting: Warm ambient lighting using fairy light strings wrapped around pillars or nearby trees.
Special Effects: Includes 2-4 units of cold pyro shots for the proposal moment (subject to venue permission).

Logistics

Crew: Setup and breakdown team included (3-4 hours duration).
Transport: Logistics within local city limits.

Haldi & Mehendi Decor Package

Backdrop & Photo Ops

Main Backdrop: A 10ft x 10ft thematic backdrop (e.g., Sunshine Yellow or Boho Pastel) featuring heavy draping, tassels, and quirky hangings like kites or windmills.
Couple Seating: A decorated Swing (Jhoola) or a traditional low-seating diwan with bolster cushions and floral linings.
Interactive Spot: A dedicated photo booth corner with props (sunglasses, placards) or a floral-adorned cycle/rickshaw.

Floral & Prop Styling

Marigold Work: Extensive use of Genda Phool (Marigold) strings in yellow and orange for hangings, cascades, and wrapping pillars.
Traditional Props: Placement of brass Urlis with floating petals, large brass lamps, and earthen pots.
Entrance: A welcoming signage board (Acrylic/Chalkboard) with floral bunches and a basic draped entrance arch.

Furniture & Fabric

Draping: Colorful shamiyana style ceiling draping (leheriya or solid bright pops) to cover the venue ceiling (up to 1,000 sq ft coverage).

Signature Wedding Mandap Setup

The Mandap Centerpiece

Structure: A grand 4-pillar or Open-Canopy structure (approx. 12ft x 12ft) in themes like Pastel Paradise or Royal Red.
Floral Work: Premium floral styling using a mix of Roses, Carnations, Tuberoses, and Gypsophila. Includes heavy floral headers and pillar wraps (mix of fresh and high-grade silk).
Ceiling Details: Hanging floral strings (wisteria/mogra), brass bells, or a chandelier installation within the mandap.

Aisle & Walkway

Signature Runway: Choice of a Mirrored Aisle (reflective acrylic sheets on a raised platform) OR a plush carpeted aisle lined with heavy floral ground arrangements and candle votives.
Varmala Stage: A small raised platform with a matching floral backdrop for the garland exchange.

Ceremonial Details

Furniture: 4 Premium Chairs (Gold/Silver plated or carved wood) for the couple and parents, plus low tables (Bajots) for rituals.
Decor Elements: Decorated Agni Kund, bespoke floral Toran at the entrance, and profile lighting to illuminate the Mandap and Aisle.

Grand Reception Stage & Decor

Grand Stage Decor

Dimensions: Suitable for a large stage (24ft to 40ft width).
Backdrop: A massive, floor-to-ceiling floral wall or a multi-layered setup with Jaali (latticework) panels and floral clusters.
Structure: Includes the heavy trussing required to support the backdrop.
Sofa: A luxury 3-seater love seat (Tufted Velvet or Victorian style) for the couple.

Ceiling & Ambiance

Overhead Decor: Installation of floral chandeliers or hanging Wisteria/Greens above the stage area or the main dining canopy.
Lighting: Ambience lighting (Uplighters) around the room to color-wash the walls.
Console Masking: Floral or fabric masking for the DJ/Sound console.

Guest Area

Centerpieces: Up to 20 units of tall table centerpieces (Gold stands or Glass vases) with floral arrangements matching the stage.
Entrance Arch: A grand tunnel or archway at the ballroom entry featuring heavy foliage and florals.
