- Custom Concept: 2D working drawing of the water body integrated with the immediate landscape.
- Structure: Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) or brick-reinforced basin construction depending on location (Ground vs Terrace).
- Waterproofing: Specialized 3-layer chemical waterproofing (Dr. Fixit or Fosroc equivalents) with water-tightness testing.
Finishes & Aesthetics
- Cladding Material: Installation of natural stone cladding including Granite (Black/Grey), Dholpur Stone, or Slate.
- Water Effect: Options include Cascading Wall Sheet (Blade fall), Bubbler Nozzles, or Still Reflecting Pool.
- Coping: 18mm to 20mm thick polished stone coping on the edges.
Electromechanical (MEP) System
- Circulation: Submersible pump system (0.5HP to 1HP) tailored to water volume.
- Filtration: Basic cartridge or small sand filter mechanics.
