See the intensity of the pro tour in action. This is the same focus and aggressive baseline strategy I bring to every one-on-one coaching session.

Fully focused on the forehand during the L&T Mumbai Open. Every shot in a match like this requires complete concentration and trust in your training.

A powerful forehand shot. Generating power while maintaining control is a balance I work on every single day in practice.

Hitting a forehand on the run during my match against the top seed in Mumbai. This win was a battle, and every point required aggressive play and strong footwork.

A moment of intense emotion after winning a crucial point. Letting out a roar helps me stay energized and intimidating on the court. This is part of the mental game.

A fist pump during the SoCal Pro Series final. Celebrating small victories within a match is key to maintaining momentum and positive energy.

Executing a forehand with full extension and follow through. This is the technique we drill for hours, so it becomes second nature in a high pressure match.

Leaping into a forehand during the ITF W25 Solapur final. The energy from the crowd and the importance of the moment gives you that extra push.

About this collection

You see the intensity in these photos, but the real work happens in the quiet hours of practice. My coaching isn't just about hitting balls; it's about building a game that holds up under tournament pressure. We will look at your footwork, your grip, and your decision-making so you can execute that aggressive shot when the match is on the line.

My approach to coaching is built on the same principles that got me to India's No. 1 spot. Tennis is as much about solving problems as it is about physical skill. When we hit the court together, we focus on technical accuracy first. I prioritize a strong, aggressive baseline game because that is what allows you to dictate points and stay in control of the rally.

Beyond the physical, I incorporate mental resilience training into our sessions. I teach you how to use breathing and visualization techniques—the same ones I use to stay focused when down a set or playing a top-ranked opponent. If you are struggling with match-day nerves or need to build a consistent routine, we address that directly.

I also bring my Food Science background into the mix. A lot of players lose matches simply because they crash physically, and we can look at your nutrition to ensure you have the energy to last through a tough third set. Whether you are a competitive junior looking for a pathway or someone trying to break through a plateau, we strip away the guesswork and focus on what wins matches.

I'm Sahaja. I grew up hustling for every tennis ball and know exactly what it takes to rise from financial struggle to the pro circuit. I don't believe in magic shortcuts; I believe in the grind, clear technique, and having a mental game that doesn't crack under pressure.
