I share the real side of professional tennis, from the grind of the circuit to the mental shifts needed to win. These sessions are about honest conversations and practical tools for athletes, schools, and corporate teams.

During a session at Techwave Consulting, I shared my experiences with the realities of professional sports. I believe honest conversations about overcoming challenges are more valuable than just talking about wins.

It's always a humbling experience to connect with people after a talk. Signing autographs and hearing their stories reminds me of the support I've received on my own journey.

I was so grateful to be welcomed with such warmth at the Techwave Consulting offices. Their support has been a huge part of my journey, and it was an honor to give back by sharing my story with their team.

A group photo with the incredible team at Techwave. It was inspiring to see their energy and discuss how the principles of grit and process from sports can apply to the corporate world.

When I mentor young athletes, I focus on practical tools. Here, I'm explaining how visualization techniques can help prepare the mind for competition, a practice that has been crucial for my own performance.

Speaking to a group of aspiring players and their coaches. I emphasize that mental conditioning is just as important as physical training. It's about building a complete athlete.

It's a privilege to stand on the court and share what I've learned. My goal is to give these young players the mental and strategic tools I wish I had when I was their age.

About this collection

My mentorship sessions go beyond basic technique. We focus on the 'reset button', which is the specific breathing and visualization routines I use on the court when I am down a set. I teach you how to apply that same resilience to your own challenges, whether you are training for a tournament or navigating the pressures of a corporate environment.

Success in tennis and in life is rarely just about raw talent. It is about the process, the discipline, and the ability to bounce back when things don't go your way. My sessions are built on the lessons I learned while rising to become an Indian national tennis player, often balancing financial hurdles and the immense pressure of the pro circuit.

What I Offer

  • Youth Mentorship: For aspiring players, I provide a look at the reality of the sport. We cover on-court technical drills, the path to US college tennis, and how to balance academics with a competitive career.
  • Mental Fortitude Workshops: Using my background in food science and my experience on the WTA tour, I teach athletes how to optimize their physical and mental state. We go beyond generic advice to discuss practical match-day diet strategies and mental rehearsals that hold up under pressure.
  • Corporate Keynotes: I don't give standard leadership talks. I share my 'loss-to-win' stories to help teams understand that the resilience required to serve an ace under pressure is the same mindset needed for business leadership.

My goal is to provide honest, actionable advice. If you are looking for someone to sugarcoat the journey, I might not be the right fit. But if you want to understand the reality of chasing a dream and how to stay consistent through the ups and downs, I am here to help you get there.
