About On-the-Spot Portraits for You
When I set up for a live session, I need a simple, well-lit space with two chairs and a table. I work quickly, usually taking about 15 to 20 minutes to complete a single A4 charcoal portrait. You do not need to pose for hours, just sit comfortably while I capture your expression on paper. It is a quiet, engaging process, and the best part is seeing the reaction when I turn the board around to show you the finished sketch.
My mobile studio is essentially my car, which gives me the freedom to travel across Bangalore and Ramanagara to wherever art is needed. Whether it is a birthday party, an office event, or a cozy home session, I bring all the materials—charcoal pencils, drawing board, and quality paper—to create memories right in front of your eyes.
How the Live Sketching Works
For events, I usually aim to sketch 10 to 12 guests over a 3-hour window. Each portrait is a realistic black and white sketch on standard A4 paper, sealed with a fixative spray to keep it smudge-free. I focus on capturing the likeness and the mood of the person, turning a simple gathering into something more meaningful.
Before You Book
If you are planning a larger event, please let me know the guest count in advance so we can plan the timing. I also offer custom portraits if you prefer to share a photo rather than sitting live, though I personally love the energy of on-the-spot drawing.
