This is my Deconstructed Dabeli, also known as Kutchi Kadak. I serve the spicy potato filling, chutneys, and crunchy sev in a jar for a modern, mess-free take on the beloved street food.

A fusion favorite, this is my Ahmedabadi Kadi-stuffed Lava Dhokla. A soft, fluffy dhokla is filled with a tangy kadi that flows out when cut, creating a surprising and delicious experience.

I serve my comforting Roasted Tomato Shorba in eco-friendly coconut shell bowls. The warm, tangy soup is garnished with toasted coconut, adding a unique texture and flavor to the classic dish.

This is a glimpse of my traditional Indian food counter, featuring Marwadi specialties like Choka nu Khichu. I ensure every dish is authentic, flavorful, and served with care.
