Our Landscaping Process: From Concept to Reality
We take you behind the scenes at our Carlton Woods project to show exactly how we transform raw plots into living, breathing sanctuaries.
The journey of transformation begins. Here at our Carlton Woods project, we are on-site laying the groundwork and carefully placing the first plants. This foundational stage is crucial for establishing a landscape that will mature into a lush, sustainable outdoor environment.
About The Design Journey: From Plan to Plant
When we start a landscaping project, the first phase is never just planting. We focus on ground grading and drainage slopes before any greenery touches the soil, because a garden is only as good as its foundation. If water pools during the monsoon, even the most beautiful plants will fail, which is why we meticulously level the ground and install proper irrigation points before a single sapling arrives on site.
Our landscape design process is a turnkey approach, meaning we oversee the transformation from the very first site survey to the final placement of the last stone.
The Site Foundation
Before we look at aesthetics, we address the physics of the land. This involves ground grading for drainage, anti-termite treatments, and enriching the soil with manure and red soil. We believe a healthy, established landscape begins with the quality of the dirt underneath it.
Hardscaping and Structures
Once the foundation is set, we move to heavy civil work. This includes creating the structural bones of the garden: custom-built gazebos, sunken conversation pits, and pathways using natural stone like Kota or Granite. We ensure that these elements are not just visually striking but functionally sound, with integrated drainage and waterproofing systems that stand up to the Delhi NCR climate.
Greenery and Softscaping
Only after the structures are in place do we bring in the life. We prefer mature trees—ranging from 8ft to 12ft—to provide an immediate sense of scale and maturity rather than waiting years for saplings to grow. We use a three-tier planting strategy: boundary screening for privacy, flowering middle-layer shrubs for color, and ground covers to manage soil moisture.
We integrate smart systems, such as automated drip irrigation and waterproof IP65 LED lighting, ensuring your garden remains usable and beautiful long after the sun goes down.
