We grade every plot for proper drainage before the first stone is laid, ensuring your lawn stays green and your patio stays dry even during the monsoons. This foundation work allows us to integrate smart lighting and water features that last without constant upkeep.
Our design process treats your outdoor area as a vital extension of your home rather than an afterthought. When we approached the Doon Homestay project, the goal was to ensure the architecture and the landscape felt like a single entity. By using mature trees and layered shrubbery, we created a seamless connection that respects the surrounding Dehradun geography.
Our Approach to Outdoor Living
We build for longevity. Whether you are looking for a modern Zen garden, a functional sunken lounge for evening gatherings, or a terrace deck that withstands Delhi weather, we prioritize structural integrity alongside aesthetics.
- Foundations First: We manage ground leveling, anti-termite treatment, and drainage slope preparation before adding any softscaping. This prevents waterlogging and ensures your investment lasts.
- Material Integrity: We prefer the honesty of natural materials. We use weather-coated WPC for decking, rough granite for pathways, and GRC geometrical planters. These materials age gracefully and require less maintenance than painted alternatives.
- Light and Water: An outdoor space should be usable after dark. We integrate IP65 waterproof strip lights and spike lights to highlight plant textures and create safe, dramatic pathways. Water features—from Koi ponds to simple cascades—are plumbed for efficiency, bringing the soothing sound of moving water to your doorstep.
We believe a garden should be a place where you can switch off. We guide each project from the initial empty plot to the final placement of the last shrub, ensuring the result feels personal, not mass-produced.
