About Our Design & Installation Process
Before we break ground, we create detailed 3D renders so you can see exactly how your terrace or garden will look. This removes the guesswork from material selection, lighting layouts, and seating placement. Once you approve the plan, our team handles the heavy lifting, including structural welding for pergolas and precision plumbing for irrigation, so you get a finished space without needing to coordinate multiple contractors.
Our process is designed to remove the stress typically associated with renovation projects. It begins with an initial consultation where we focus on understanding your functional needs, not just aesthetics.
Phase 1: Visualization
We believe that seeing is believing. We provide detailed 3D previews of your terrace or balcony garden before any construction begins. This allows you to verify the placement of pergolas, the choice of flooring, and the layout of planters, ensuring the final result matches your vision.
Phase 2: Structural Execution
Our team manages all civil and structural works. This includes the fabrication of Mild Steel (MS) pergolas, installation of WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) decking, and masonry for pool shells or planters. Because we handle the structural build internally, we ensure quality control and structural integrity.
Phase 3: Landscaping and Irrigation
Once the structures are in place, we focus on the green elements. This involves soil treatment with organic manure, installation of automated drip irrigation, and the planting of chosen foliage, whether it be bamboo privacy screens or seasonal flower beds.
