About Behind the Scenes

You don't get that deep, smoky flavour in our biryani by accident. We actually dig our own firewood pits on-site, even when we travel Pan-India for your events. It takes hours of prep—from roasting the meat to blending the fresh spices in massive batches—but that is the only way to get the real, traditional taste our clients expect.

When you see our firewood biryani, you are seeing a process we have refined since 2005. Cooking over an open fire requires constant attention to heat levels, which is why our chefs don't just 'supervise'—they are hands-on, adjusting the logs and tending to the heavy-bottomed pots until the rice and meat are perfectly cooked.

More Than Just Food

Logistics is the other half of what we do. Bringing that level of authentic cooking to a venue means we transport our own setup—stoves, firewood, utensils, and service staff. Whether it is a wedding in Tirupattur or a corporate event in Bangalore, our team arrives early to set up everything from scratch. We don't rely on the venue's kitchen. We build our own, ensuring your guests get the same quality as if we were cooking in our home base.
