About A Taste of Our Menu
People often ask if the food tastes the same at a large event as it does on a small scale. Because we cook our signature biryanis over firewood, that smoky depth stays consistent whether we are serving 50 or 5,000 guests. We do not switch to gas halfway through just to save time; that traditional slow-cooking process is non-negotiable for us.
Our menu is designed to handle the diversity of a modern Indian celebration. While our roots are in traditional firewood-cooked biryanis, we have expanded our kitchen to include a full multi-cuisine spread. This includes everything from rich Mughlai and spicy North Indian curries to lighter Arabian dishes like Mutton Mandi and various Chinese starters.

We understand that catering is as much about the visual experience as the taste. When we plan a buffet or a sit-down meal, we consider how the food interacts with your event decor. Whether it is our signature Shahi Table setup for weddings or live counters for fresh paan and ice cream, we aim to make the food service look as vibrant as it tastes.
Handling Your Menu
We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. If you are planning a large wedding in Bengaluru, we suggest a mix of classic favourites like Butter Chicken and our firewood biryani, balanced with a few live counters to keep the energy high. We also have dedicated setups for corporate lunches and smaller, intimate parties. We are comfortable managing the logistics of large guest lists, ensuring that every plate is served fresh, hot, and with the same quality assurance we have held since 2005.
