About Creative & Themed Studio Shoots
Before we start, I always sit down with you to talk about your child’s current obsession—whether it’s a love for superheroes, a fascination with art, or just a favorite toy. We then build the studio setup around those interests. This keeps your little one relaxed, happy, and genuinely themselves, which is how we get those spontaneous, joyful shots you’ll actually want to frame.
More Than Just a Photo
I believe the best photos aren't taken; they are lived. When a child is dressed as their favorite hero or is busy creating a masterpiece with paint, they stop looking at the camera and start playing. My Lower Parel studio is designed to be a safe, flexible space where your child feels like they have the freedom to explore, make a mess, and just be a kid.
How We Create Your Theme
We don't do stiff, unnatural poses here. My creative sessions are built around comfort and genuine interaction:
- Concept Planning: Whether you want a whimsical boho teepee, a high-energy superhero day, or a messy paint smash, we plan the props and lighting beforehand so the session flows naturally.
- The 'Big Day': These sessions typically last 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on the theme. This gives us enough time for outfit changes, snack breaks, and plenty of room for your child to warm up to the environment.
- Classic Touches: I love blending creative, colorful themes with my signature black and white portraits. It adds a timeless depth to the gallery, showing both the playful side and the sweet, quiet moments.

Can I bring my own props? Absolutely. If you have a specific toy, heirloom, or outfit that means something to your family, bring it along. It makes the photos feel much more personal.
Is the studio kid-friendly? Yes, it's designed to be cozy and safe for little explorers. I focus on creating an environment that feels more like a playroom than a sterile studio.
What if my child gets cranky? It happens, and it’s okay. We don't rush. We take breaks, get silly, and let them reset. I’ve worked with plenty of toddlers, and I know exactly when to push for a shot and when to let them just have fun.
