How I approach kids' studio sessions

I treat every kids photography session as a collaboration, not a directive. In my Borivali studio, the goal is to make the space feel like a playground rather than a clinic. If a toddler wants to explore the props or take a break for a snack, we take that break.

All thematic props—like fake baked goods, vintage suitcases, and chalkboard backgrounds—are provided to save you the hassle of renting or buying.

• Patience: I allocate 2 to 3 hours for these shoots. This allows for feeding, mood swings, and the inevitable time it takes for a child to warm up to the camera.
