Exploring the Art of Writing and Self-Expression
A collection of moments where words turn into magic. From TEDx stages to quiet park corners, here is how I help you turn chaos into connection.
This is where the magic happens. In the quiet of the park, with my typewriter, I connect with beautiful souls and turn their feelings into poetry. This is a glimpse into the world of 'Write to Express', a space of connection, creation, and love.
Stepping onto the TEDx stage was a dream. I had the opportunity to share my message about self-expression, the power of love letters, and how our minds can be opened through writing. This was a moment of pure joy and connection.
Here I am, leading a 'Write to Express' session with the Rotary Club of Vijayanagar. These workshops are about creating a safe space for everyone to explore their voice, whether it's for personal growth or team connection.
What makes 'Write to Express' special? It's a space to heal through art and rediscover the unapologetic self-expression we had as children. This workshop is designed to help you find your way back to yourself through words.
Are you a giver or a receiver of love? In this chat, I explore the vulnerability of both giving and receiving. Understanding this balance is key to our relationships and our own inner peace, a topic we often touch upon in my workshops.
I was so grateful to be featured in The New Indian Express. The article beautifully captured the essence of my work in Cubbon Park, writing poems for strangers and creating heartfelt connections through the simple act of listening and writing.
This is my debut poetry book, 'HER'. It's a collection of poems written for the feminine spirit that resides in all of us. Holding this book is a reminder that our words and stories deserve to be shared and cherished.
My 'Write to Express' webinar is back. This is an artfully designed online session for you to relearn the tools of writing and express yourself poetically. I invite you to join me and begin your journey of self-expression.
About Featured
Whether you are feeling creatively blocked or just looking for a way to untangle your thoughts, you don't need formal talent to start. In these sessions, we focus on the 'Right to Express'—a framework to turn raw, messy emotions into art. We strip away the fear of judgment so you can simply write, typos and all.
Writing isn't just about ink on paper; it is about finding a way back to yourself. This collection features highlights from my journey as a poet and facilitator, capturing the spaces where we learn to breathe through words.
My work ranges from intimate, one-on-one poetry sessions in Cubbon Park to structured corporate workshops designed to help teams bond through vulnerability. I have spent years refining a process that helps people stop 'performing' and start expressing.
What we do together
- Right to Express Workshops: We use curated writing prompts and psychological guardrails to dismantle writer's block. These are not technical classes; they are guided sessions to release stress and find clarity.
- Private Mentorship: For those seeking deep, one-on-one emotional exploration, I provide exclusive video sessions. We work on turning your internal monologue into structured poetry.
- Corporate Wellness: I bring these exercises into workspaces, helping teams move past professional barriers to connect on a human level.
Whether you are joining an online webinar or bringing me into your office in Bengaluru, the goal is always the same: to help you see that your story is worth telling. There is no 'bad' writing here, only honest expression. If you have been waiting for a sign to start writing, this is it.
