Most days my brain has too many tabs open, and I bet yours does too. These workshops are a safe space to dump that mental chaos onto paper—no art skills or fancy gear required.

Does your brain feel like it has 87 tabs open? I get it. Creative journaling is how I dump all that chaos onto a page. It's not about being a perfect artist, it's about making space for your mind to breathe.

This is what happens when you stop worrying about perfection and just enjoy the process. A completely filled art journal isn't just paper, it's a record of your thoughts, feelings, and small moments of joy. It feels so good to hold.

If you feel like your life isn't "interesting" enough to journal about, I want you to join me. I'll show you how to find and draw the small, not-so-happening moments that are worth remembering. I promise, I suck at drawing too, and that's okay!

Sometimes I think, "I should have handled that better." But not every thought is a fact. In my journal, I practice labeling thoughts as helpful or unhelpful. It's a simple technique I teach that helps you see things more clearly.

I have to be honest, vision boards don't work by just pasting random pictures and hoping for magic. It starts with real clarity and self-awareness. My digital course walks you through how to create a vision board that actually helps you move forward.

This is a glimpse into one of our online journaling clubs. It's a space where we make art, reflect, and support each other. Seeing this community grow and connect has been the most rewarding part of my journey.

A finished journal page combining a powerful quote with simple collage techniques. This is what creative journaling is all about: mixing words, images, and textures to express something that feels true to you.

A "Dear Diary" moment. I often reflect on whether my younger self would be proud of me. Journaling helps me realize that happiness isn't about big achievements, but about cherishing the small things and staying true to yourself.

About Featured

My sessions are less about making pretty art and more about using your journal as a tool for mental clarity. We use simple techniques—like labelling thoughts, making messy lists, or quick collages—to identify what is actually bothering you. You don’t need to be a talented artist; you just need to be willing to get a little messy on the page.
