Booking a session within that 5 to 15-day window is important because your baby is still naturally sleepy and easily posed. We keep our studio in Kodigehalli quiet and warm, using sanitized, soft wraps that allow your baby to rest comfortably while we capture those classic, curled-up portraits.
Why The 5-15 Day Window Matters
Newborns are most flexible and settled during their first two weeks of life. During this period, babies spend most of their time in a deep sleep, which allows us to gently pose them for those classic, curled-up shots without causing any discomfort. It is the best time to capture the delicate features of your newborn before they start becoming more active and alert.
Our Approach to Safety
Your baby’s safety is our primary focus. We are trained in newborn handling and posing techniques that ensure your baby is always supported and secure. Our studio environment is kept at a comfortable temperature, and we use only clean, sanitized props, wraps, and blankets. We never rush a session; if your baby needs time to feed, cuddle, or change, we pause. The flow of the shoot is dictated entirely by your baby's mood and comfort.
What to Expect During the Session
We dedicate 2 to 3 hours to each newborn session to ensure we have enough time to get the perfect shots without stress. We include:
- Two Distinct Themes: We use a variety of props, baskets, and hammocks to create different looks.
- Parent and Sibling Portraits: We always encourage parents and siblings to join in, so you can have beautiful, professional photos with your newest family member.
- Professional Retouching: You will receive 20 high-resolution edited images, plus all the raw files we capture.
We provide all the props, outfits, and headbands, so you do not need to bring anything other than your baby and your feeding essentials. Whether you want a simple, minimalist aesthetic or a creative themed setup, we work with you to plan a session that reflects your family’s style.
