On-court skill is only half the battle. At YPBA, we use plyometrics, agility drills, and recovery protocols to ensure you have the explosive power to dominate the court from the first point to the last.

Pushing harder to fly higher. This video shows my female athletes going through a series of agility and plyometric drills, including hurdles and reaction exercises, to improve their on-court speed and explosiveness.

The grind never stops. This session focuses on speed and agility, with players doing cone drills and sprints to improve their acceleration and change of direction on the court.
