Bed & Upholstery
- Statement Headboard: Floor-to-ceiling upholstered wall paneling featuring vertical fluting or channel tufting in suede or velvet fabric.
- Bed Frame: Custom single or queen-sized frame with hydraulic under-bed storage in laminate finish. Includes one 5-6 inch orthopedic mattress.
Premium Storage & Study
- Glass Profile Wardrobe: Tall storage unit featuring Aluminum Profile shutters with tinted or fluted glass (3-4ft wide) and internal sensor-based cabinet lighting.
- Floating Study Unit: Wall-mounted desk with drawer storage finished in high-gloss laminate or matte PU. Includes floating overhead shelves.
Soft Furnishings & Decor
- Window Treatments: Double-layer dressing with sheer curtains for daylight diffusion and blackout curtains/blinds for privacy.
- Privacy Elements: Ceiling-mounted sheer curtains creating a canopy or partition effect around the bed.
- Wall Finishes: Accent wallpaper on the main wall (geometric/textured) and premium emulsion paint for remaining walls.
Lighting
- Integrated LEDs: Warm white LED strip lighting behind headboard panels and under study overheads.
Themed Bunk Bed Room with Civil Work
Core Furniture & Joinery
- Custom Bunk Bed Unit: Floor-to-ceiling structural design made from Boiling Water Proof (BWP) Grade Plywood. Includes integrated safety railings, fixed ladder, and under-bed storage drawers. Finished in PU paint or anti-scratch laminate.
- Themed Wardrobe: Approx 7ft x 4ft swing-door wardrobe featuring custom external geometric designs (e.g. mountain motifs) via dual-tone laminate or Duco paint.
- Integrated Study Nook: Fitted desk attached to the wardrobe or bed structure with overhead open niches and concealed LED strip lighting.
Civil & Ceiling Work
- False Ceiling: Gypsum board false ceiling tailored to the theme, including specialty additions like cloud-shaped POP cutouts or thematic wallpaper on the ceiling surface.
- Wall Treatments: Premium Plastic Emulsion paint for all walls and one accent wall with thematic wallpaper or paneling.
Decor & Accessories
- Specialty Storage: Custom niche storage unit (e.g. vertical ball rack with circular cutouts or toy display shelves).
- Soft Furnishings: Two custom-sized high-density foam mattresses for the bunk bed and Roman-style window blinds.
- Lighting: LED profile lights inside joinery, ceiling recessed lights, and relocation of electrical switch points to suit the layout.
