A collection of spaces that capture my philosophy of creating homes with soul. These projects are a conversation between heritage and the present, designed to feel deeply personal.

This living room in Dhaka is a conversation between scale and intimacy. We flooded the double-height space with natural light through vast windows, creating an airy sanctuary that still feels warm and grounded. The design blends exposed brick, a dramatic custom chandelier, and a curated mix of contemporary and classic furniture to reflect a well-traveled, soulful life.

In this San Francisco home, we opened up the living area to the kitchen, creating a seamless flow for family life. The exposed wooden beams on the vaulted ceiling add rustic warmth, contrasting with the clean lines of the olive green kitchen cabinetry. It’s a space designed for connection, where cooking, conversation, and relaxation happen all at once.

This is the staircase in my own studio, a building we brought back to life after it lay silent for 40 years. We preserved the home's history, keeping the original mitti and brick walls and pairing them with bold, patterned floor tiles. It’s a daily reminder that every space has a story waiting to be told.

We designed this Calcutta living room to feel like a warm embrace. It’s a space layered with textures and memories, from the vintage-inspired furniture and rich upholstery to the carefully chosen art. The elegant chandelier adds a touch of old-world charm, creating a perfect setting for a family that loves to gather and share stories.

This master bedroom in Saratoga, California, is a sanctuary of calm and character. The four-poster bed creates a classic focal point, while the exposed wooden beams on the ceiling add a sense of rustic elegance. It’s a space that balances grand architectural features with the intimate, personal details that make a room feel like home.

The kitchen is the heart of a home, and this one in Calcutta opens directly onto a lush garden. We used soft, muted green cabinetry and classic checkered tiles to create a timeless feel. It’s a bright, welcoming space where the simple joys of cooking are connected to the beauty of the outdoors.

This entryway for the 'Inde Blue' project sets a soulful, contemplative tone. The deep green archway frames a classic black and white checkered floor, creating a dramatic yet quiet welcome. It’s a space that plays with shadow and light, inviting you to slow down and exhale from the moment you step inside.

The entrance to this Saratoga home offers a glimpse of the warmth within. We wanted the first impression to be one of welcome and character. The classic American architecture with its gabled roof and French doors opens into a home filled with Indian heritage and modern design, a theme that begins right at the doorstep.

For Alia Bhatt's home, we created this cozy and personal tea bar. It became the heart of her space, a corner for quiet moments and easy conversations. The design is simple and warm, using natural wood and comfortable leather stools to create an inviting nook that feels both stylish and deeply personal.

This is a look at the journey of restoring my 80-year-old studio. From peeling back layers of time to revealing the original brick and wooden beams, the process was about remembering the building's soul. It shows that transformation is not about erasing the past, but honoring it.

About Featured

When you look through these projects, you might notice that none of them share a singular look. That is intentional. I do not design for a catalog. I design by listening to the building and the people who inhabit it. Whether we are reviving a heritage structure in Calcutta or creating a new rhythm for a family home in San Francisco, my goal is to uncover the soul of the space. My process requires patience and open communication, as we will be blending your memories with my architectural instincts to create something that feels like an embrace.
