This isn't just about learning steps, it's about a full-body cardio workout disguised as a party. Why Bhangra Fitness?
If you find gym workouts repetitive, you are not alone. That is exactly why I built these Bhangra and Punjabi beats sessions. We mix traditional Punjabi folk moves with modern fitness cardio to ensure you burn calories while having fun. You don't need to be a trained dancer to join; we focus on rhythm, stamina, and energy rather than perfect technique.
What to Expect in Class
- The Warm-Up: We start with mobility exercises to get the joints moving, often to slower Punjabi tracks to set the mood.
- The Choreography: We pick a high-energy track and break it down into simple, repeatable hook steps. We move fast, but we repeat the sequence enough times so everyone catches on.
- The Cardio Peak: Halfway through, we increase the tempo. This is where the fitness element kicks in. It is high-intensity interval training (HIIT), but the music makes you forget the burn.
- The Cool Down: We end with a stretch routine to keep you flexible and reduce muscle soreness.

We run these sessions at our Sector 78 and Sector 49 studios in Noida. The spaces are equipped with full-length mirrors and sound systems designed to handle the heavy bass of our Punjabi playlists. Whether you are a complete beginner or someone looking to maintain their fitness, there is a spot for you in our batch.
