We believe in turning curiosity into craft. Our mentors aren't just teachers, they are builders, coders, and competition veterans who guide your child from a screen-user to a technology-creator.

"In a world full of screens, be a penguin." This inspirational graphic encourages students to stand out and build robots that solve real-world problems instead of just consuming content.

Meet our RFL Heroes, now available as action figures! This is Manoj Patel, one of the key figures behind our academy's success, immortalized as an icon of innovation.

Introducing the Seema Tare action figure. This is part of our RFL Heroes series, celebrating the mentors and leaders who inspire our students every day.

The Dhruv Vashi action figure, complete with miniature robots and a microchip. We celebrate our mentors as the real-life heroes who are building the future of tech education.

The Virendrasinh Vaghela action figure, proudly wearing the Indian flag. This series honors the dedication and expertise of our incredible team of mentors.

The Ashwin Shah action figure. As our CEO and an award-winning mentor, he is a true hero to our students, guiding them to become coding champions and future innovators.

The Gopal Joshi action figure, another one of our RFL Heroes. This creative series highlights the people who are the driving force behind our students' success.

About Our Philosophy & Mentors

At RFL, our mentors are the ones who have lived the competition circuit. Whether it is navigating the pressures of the World Robot Olympiad or debugging a 54kg FRC robot at 2 AM, they have been there. We do not just lecture from a textbook. Our mentors are active practitioners who treat robotics like a competitive sport, pushing students to think critically, solve unexpected mechanical failures on the fly, and build engineering resilience before they even reach college.

Why We Mentor Differently

We started RFL Academy with a simple frustration: seeing bright kids spend hours on screens without actually creating anything. We flipped that. Our philosophy is rooted in learning by doing. We do not want kids to just memorize block-based coding, we want them to feel the weight of a controller, understand the torque of a motor, and experience the thrill of a robot successfully completing a mission.

The RFL Mentorship Model

Our coaches are more than just educators. They are seasoned competition veterans who have coached India's first FTC teams to global championships.

  • Hands-on Practitioners: Our mentors have navigated the intense build seasons of the FIRST Robotics Competition and understand the pressure of time-bound engineering challenges.
  • Competitive Strategy: Robotics is a sport to us. Mentors teach team dynamics, data analysis, and the critical thinking required to succeed in high-stakes environments like the World Robot Olympiad.
  • Personal Growth: We focus on the whole student. Beyond CAD design and Java programming, our mentors cultivate leadership, patience, and the ability to pivot when a project fails—a skill that is far more valuable than any trophy.

Whether at our centers in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, or Surat, you will find our mentors on the floor with the students, teaching them to solder, code, and troubleshoot. They are the partners in your child's journey to becoming a genuine innovator.
