About Competitive Robotics Coaching
Why We Do What We Do
I want kids to stop just scrolling and start building. Technology is moving fast, and if your child isn’t learning AI and robotics, they’re missing the train. Local toh pakad loge, par AI ka ticket bachhon ke paas hai ya nahi? (You’ll catch the local train, but does your kid have a ticket to the AI future?)
What Makes Us Different
This isn’t a regular robotics class. I treat robotics like a sport - strategy, teamwork, and hustle. My goal? Build teams that can win big, not just in India, but globally.
- Coached India’s first FTC team to a World Championship award
- FRC Team Sigma 9692: Only Indian team to win back-to-back World Championships
- WRO Gold Medalists, ready for international stage
- Consistent winners in Engineering Excellence, Design, Judge’s Choice
Where We Compete
I coach for the toughest robotics competitions:
- FIRST Robotics mentorship for FTC & FRC (World Cup level)
- World Robot Olympiad (logic, surprise missions)
- Codeavour International (coding, AI, robotics)
What Students Get
Winning is cool, but the real win is what students become:
- College admissions through robotics - MIT, Stanford, Ashoka, IB/CAS portfolios
- Engineering skills for students: CAD, 3D printing, coding (C++, AI), leadership, teamwork
- Global exposure, scholarships, internships
How We Build Champions
My method is hands-on, intense, and real. Students design, build, code, and fix their own robots. Expert mentors guide them, but the late nights and teamwork are all theirs. We run teams in Mumbai (Juhu), Ahmedabad, and Surat. Orientation sessions for parents and students show what’s ahead.

My Story
Namaste ji, welcome to RFL Academy! Yeh jagah hai robots, AI aur curious bachchon ki. Humne shuru kiya tha bas ek soch ke saath - bachche sirf phone pe dekhte na rahe, kuch bana bhi sake. Trophies kaafi jeeti, par asli maza toh tab aata hai jab koi bachcha apna pehla robot chalaata hai aur uski aankhon mein wo chamak hoti hai. Yahan robots hi nahi, confidence bhi banta hai.
My Work
Courses, Workshops & Camps - We run hands-on robotics summer camp for kids, AI coding workshops for students, IoT classes, and drone projects.
Competition Coaching - We train kids for World Robot Olympiad coaching and FIRST Tech Challenge India training. Real prep, real wins.
Learning by Doing - Sab kuch practical hai - theory kam, building zyada. Grade 1 se 12 tak, sabko welcome hai.
Innovation Hubs - Centers in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Surat. Yahan aake explore karo, create karo, fail karo, phir try karo.
