We move students beyond basic coding by treating robotics like a competitive sport. We coach for WRO, FTC, and FRC, helping children build the technical skills and leadership experience that top global universities look for.

We don’t just build robots, we build champions. This is where your child’s journey from curiosity to the podium begins, gaining the skills and confidence to compete in prestigious events like the World Robot Olympiad (WRO).

This is what victory looks like on the world stage. Our FTC Team, Gujarat Tech Titans, proudly holding the Indian flag after winning the Connect Award at the Asia Pacific Open Championship in Sydney. We consistently guide our teams to international glory.

Meet Arshia, one of our bright students. Listen to her explain how our Core Robotics course helped her build a gyro-sensor robot, improve her logical reasoning, and turn creative ideas into working technology using block-based coding.

Get a technical deep dive from Team Kaizen. Our students explain the complex engineering behind their FRC robot, from its high-speed elevator and innovative funnel mechanism to the use of multiple Limelights for precise alignment. This is advanced, hands-on engineering in action.

The pure joy of a well-earned victory. This moment captures the excitement and teamwork that defines our competitive robotics program. After months of hard work, our students celebrate their win at the FIRST Tech Challenge.

We are often asked if robotics competitions help with college applications. The answer is a resounding yes. Top universities like MIT and Stanford seek students with proven problem-solving and leadership skills, which is exactly what our FTC program delivers.

Our programs build a comprehensive, real-world skill set that goes far beyond the classroom. Students master everything from CAD and 3D printing to programming, project management, and even marketing, preparing them for future careers in tech.

Peek inside the focused and collaborative environment of our academy. Here, students are gearing up for the Codeavour International competition, turning ideas into reality through teamwork, problem-solving, and hands-on coding.

This is our core belief. In a world increasingly driven by AI, we empower your child to be a creator of technology, not just a passive consumer. Our National AI Olympiad preparation gives them a competitive edge for the future.

See our robots in the heat of competition at the FTC National Championship. Our students design, build, and operate these complex machines, solving challenges like improving shooter RPM and developing rapid intake systems with adjustable turrets.

About Featured

Our methodology shifts students from passive technology consumers to active creators by treating robotics like a high-stakes sport. We don't just teach theory; we run intensive, team-based seasons—ranging from our Junior League to advanced FRC programs—where students build competition-grade hardware, master Java or CAD, and solve complex engineering challenges that make their profiles stand out to universities like MIT and Stanford.

From Curiosity to Competition

At RFL Academy, we believe that robotics is the truest form of wealth for a student. Technology is moving rapidly, and we help your child get ahead of the curve. Our centers in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and Surat serve as innovation hubs where students aged 6 to 18 learn to build, code, and compete.

Our Leagues & Methodology

We structure our training into three distinct leagues, each designed to push students toward specific goals:

  • Junior League (Ages 6-12): Focuses on WRO and Codeavour preparation using LEGO SPIKE Prime. We emphasize logical reasoning and block-based coding to build a foundation.
  • Varsity League (Ages 12-16): An advanced six-month season for the FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC). Students tackle metal robotics, Java programming, and engineering notebook documentation—essential skills for any serious engineering portfolio.
  • Elite Pro League (Ages 14-18): Our year-round industrial-grade program for the FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC). Here, students build 54kg robots using advanced systems like swerve drives, pneumatics, and vision cameras.

Why This Matters

Beyond the medals and trophies, this process builds real-world professional competencies. Our students are doing more than just coding; they are managing projects, handling budget logistics for their teams, and conducting STEM outreach in their communities. We have seen our students transition from rookies to award-winning team captains who successfully leverage these experiences for elite college admissions. If you want your child to stop scrolling and start building, it is time to join the squad.
