About Meet the Founder & Our Vision
I don't just teach robotics; I guide students through the same principles I have used throughout my 26-year career in the tech industry. When your child joins a program at our HSR Layout lab or via our live online sessions, they aren't following pre-made kits. They are learning to design and program from scratch. In every session, I make it a point to emphasize my "infinite powers"—happiness, gratitude, and love—alongside technical training. Whether we are preparing for the World Robot Olympiad or building a simple line-follower, the goal is always to see that moment of realization when they move from just using technology to creating it.
Why Robotics? My Philosophy
I believe the future belongs to those who can build, not just those who can consume. Many students come to me confused about their engineering paths, unsure whether to pick mechanical, AI, or IoT. My curriculum is designed to solve that confusion by providing exposure to electronics, mechanical design, Python, and AI early on.
The Roboprenr Approach
My methodology relies on three specific pillars that you won't find in standard tutoring centers:
- Small Batch Learning: I limit classes to 2-5 students. This ensures I can track each child's aptitude and provide personalized guidance, whether they are debugging C++ code or soldering circuits.
- Real Hardware, No Shortcuts: Whether it's at our HSR Layout facility or our live online programs with shipped Inventor Kits, we use actual electronic components—sensors, actuators, and microcontrollers like Raspberry Pi and ESP32.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: I teach students to think like creators. We cover not just the 'how' of robotics, but the 'why,' drawing on my experience as an entrepreneur to teach problem-solving and critical thinking that applies to any future career.
Preparing for the Long Term
I’ve written books on electronics to provide students with resources they can actually use. My goal is to save parents 10x the cost of remedial higher education by helping their children find their specific talent and interest early. By the time a student finishes our advanced levels, they have a portfolio of projects and a clear sense of their own technical strengths. This isn't about padding a resume; it's about building a foundation for a career they will actually enjoy.
