Before you even see the style, I’m working with root crimping and internal padding to build a structure that actually holds. This is how I ensure your hair doesn't drop or frizz by the time you're halfway through the party.
When you're heading to a premiere, an awards night, or an exclusive Mumbai party, you need a hairstyle that is as resilient as it is glamorous. My approach to event glam is built for longevity and the camera lens.
My Process for Red Carpet Looks
- Structural Base: Whether you want Hollywood waves, a sleek high-fashion ponytail, or a textured messy bun, I start by creating a robust foundation. This includes professional blow-drying, root crimping, and using invisible padding to get that high-fashion volume.
- Extension Blending: If you need extra volume or length for a specific look, I seamlessly blend your clip-in extensions so they look like your own hair.
- Humidity Management: Mumbai weather is real, but I use anti-humidity lacquers and shine sprays to lock the style in place. This prevents frizz and keeps your hair looking fresh under heavy camera flashes.
- The Final Polish: I don't just finish and leave. I focus on securing accessories like Maang Tikkas or fresh flowers using heavy-duty pins so nothing shifts while you're moving.
Working Together
I love collaborating with your makeup artist and photographer. If you are prepping for a high-stakes event, I recommend scheduling at least 2.5 hours for the service. This gives us the time to analyze your outfit’s neckline and face structure to ensure the silhouette is perfect.
