What goes into the setup

For traditional stages, we move away from standard flex prints. Instead, we create a base with artificial boxwood or grass mat walls, which provide a lush, clean look. We then layer this with fresh flower garlands—usually marigolds and jasmine—that bring natural color and a pleasant scent to the venue.

The Cradle (Palavalli)

This is the focal point of the ceremony. We use sturdy rental wooden cradles and dress them up with fresh flower strings, roses, and hanging floral tassels. We ensure the cradle is stable and safely placed, allowing your family to perform the rituals comfortably.

Practical tips for your ceremony

• Venue selection: If you are hosting at home, we recommend clearing a 10x15 space for the stage area.
• Timing: Fresh flower arrangements are best set up 2-3 hours before the event starts to keep them looking crisp.
• Customization: If you have a specific family color scheme or a preference for certain deities in the backdrop, let us know during booking so we can source the right silhouettes.
